Benson High School

The Phase 1 interior building construction work was complete in May 2017. Phase 2 interior building construction work is ongoing and is scheduled to be complete in August 2017. The GMP Amendment #002 for the temporary classroom portables construction work was approved by the Board of Education on June 5, 2017.

Benson West Elementary School

Construction work is ongoing in the safe area addition, the fire sprinkler system, and access control system.

Beveridge Magnet Middle School

The Phase 3B construction renovation work is ongoing and is scheduled to be complete in July 2017. The 1st addition interior building construction work is ongoing and the 2nd addition mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is ongoing. The exterior masonry work on the 1st addition and 2nd addition was complete in June 2017. The construction work on the North student drop off area started in June 2017 and is scheduled to be complete in August 2017.

Blackburn Alternative Program

Substantial completion was approved by the Board of Education on February 1, 2016. Project closeout documents have been submitted and transmitted to OPS. The generator project construction work along with IT equipment installation started in June 2017 with work scheduled to be complete in August 2017.

Boyd Elementary School

The Design Firm selection was approved by the Board of Education on April 3, 2017. The Educational Specifications phase started in April 2017.

Bryan High School

The Educational Specifications phase is ongoing with design meetings scheduled in May and June 2017.

Bryan Middle School

The Educational Specifications phase is ongoing with design meetings scheduled in May and June 2017.

Burke High School

The Phase 1 interior building construction work in the cafeteria is ongoing and is scheduled to be complete in August 2017. The new fire sprinkler system and interior painting has started in June 2017. The new multipurpose room construction work has started in June 2017. Site concrete work located on the East side of the building is scheduled to begin in July 2017.

Castelar Elementary School

Construction work is complete on the new fire alarm system and the demolition of the old fire alarm system is scheduled to be complete in June 2017. Data cabling upgrades are ongoing and are scheduled to be complete in July 2017.

Catlin Elementary School

Substantial completion was approved by the Board of Education on December 12, 2016. Project closeout documents have been submitted and transmitted to OPS.
