Florence Elementary School

The Educational Specification document was approved by the Board of Education on August 3rd, 2015. The Schematic Design submittal is to be completed by the end of August 2015.

Franklin Elementary School

The Educational Specification document was approved by the Board of Education on August 3rd, 2015. The Schematic Design submittal is to be completed by the end of August 2015.

Fullerton Elementary School

Electrical construction work has started on the fire alarm system and the card access system is ongoing.

Gomez Heritage Elementary School

The scope of work is a video intercom installation. Miller Electric has installed the video intercom system.

Indian Hill Elementary School

Indian Hill is in the Design Development phase. The Schematic Design was approved by the Board of Education on August 3, 2015. Lund Ross Constructors was approved to be the CM At Risk contractor at the Board of Education meeting on August 3, 2015.

Joslyn Elementary School

The project is currently in Schematic Design phase and will be submitted to the Board of Education for approval in September 2015.

JP Lord Alternative Program

The first Educational Specification meeting is scheduled for August 27th, 2015.

King Elementary School

The Architectural selection process has been completed for Planning Area B schools (Adams, Benson West, Central Park, Conestoga, Dundee, King, and Skinner). Carlson West Povondra Architects has been selected to perform Design Services. The Schematic Design submittal will be completed in October 2015 and the bid date will take place in the first part of December 2015.

Lewis & Clark Middle School

Construction continues with the installation of the fire alarm and sprinkler systems. The new water main line for the fire sprinkler system has been installed.

Lothrop Elementary School

The project is currently in Schematic Design phase and will be submitted to the Board of Education for approval in September 2015.
