Standing Bear Elementary School

The scope of work consists of video intercom. The work is scheduled to be complete by December 2015.

Sunny Slope Elementary School

The project is currently in Schematic Design phase and will be submitted to the Board of Education for approval in October 2015.

Wakonda Elementary School

The scope of work consists of video intercom. This project will be closed out after completion in Fall 2015.

Walnut Hill Elementary School

The scope of work consists of video intercom at the main entry and will be completed August 2016.

Washington Elementary School

The scope of work consists of video intercom at the main entry and will be completed August 2016.

Western Hills Magnet Elementary School

The Schematic Design submittal is expected to be complete in late September 2015. Swing space options are being reviewed and evaluated at this time. Forecasted cost projection is (Over) budget due to demolition costs, site development costs, additional space programing requirements for new building, and cost per square foot differential.

Wilson Elementary School

This project has not been started. The planned design phase start date is October 2015.

32nd & Burt Street

This project has not been started. The planned design phase start date is January 2017.

Adams Elementary School

The Architectural selection process has been completed for Planning Area B schools (Adams, Benson West, Central Park, Conestoga, Dundee, King, and Skinner). Carlson West Povondra Architects has been selected to perform Design Services. The Schematic Design submittal will be completed in October 2015 and the bid date will take place in the first part of December 2015.

Belle Ryan Elementary School

Schematic Design submittal is expected to be complete by the end of August 2015. Swing space options are being reviewed and evaluated at this time. Forecasted cost projection is (Over) budget due to demolition costs, site development costs, additional space programing requirements for new building, and cost per square foot differential. Sampson Construction was approved to be the CM At Risk contractor July 6th, 2015.
