Benson West Elementary School

The construction work is complete and the contractor is in the closeout phase which involves punch list items. Substantial completion was approved by the Board of Education on July 24, 2017.

Beveridge Magnet Middle School

The Phase 3B construction work is ongoing and is scheduled to be complete in September 2017. The 1st addition and 2nd addition interior building construction work is ongoing with interior finishes and an anticipated completion date is scheduled in August 2017. The construction work on the North student drop off area and courtyard area is ongoing and is scheduled to be complete in August 2017.

Blackburn Alternative Program

Substantial completion was approved by the Board of Education on February 1, 2016. Project closeout documents have been submitted and transmitted to OPS. The generator project construction work along with IT equipment installation is ongoing with work scheduled to be complete in August 2017.

Boyd Elementary School

The Educational Specifications package was approved by the Board of Education on July 24, 2017. The project is now in the Schematic Design phase.

Bryan High School

The Educational Specifications package was approved by the Board of Education on July 10, 2017. The project is currently in the Schematic Design phase. The CM@R proposals were received by the District in July 2017 and the CM@R interviews are scheduled to occur in August 2017.

Bryan Middle School

The Educational Specifications package was approved by the Board of Education on July 10, 2017. The project is currently in the Schematic Design phase. The CM@R proposals were received by the District in July 2017 and the CM@R interviews are scheduled to occur in August 2017. The restroom renovation construction work is near completion and is scheduled to be substantially complete in July 2017.

Burke High School

The Phase 1 interior building construction work in the cafeteria is ongoing and is scheduled to be complete in August 2017. The new fire sprinkler system and interior painting is ongoing. The new multipurpose room construction work is ongoing. Site concrete work located on the East side of the building is ongoing and scheduled to be complete in August 2017.

Castelar Elementary School

Construction work is complete on the new fire alarm system and the demolition of the old fire alarm system was complete in June 2017. Data cabling upgrades are ongoing and are scheduled to be complete in July 2017.

Catlin Elementary School

Substantial completion was approved by the Board of Education on December 12, 2016. Project closeout documents have been submitted and transmitted to OPS.

Central High School

The fire alarm system reached substantial completion in January 2017. The access control system along with the door hardware modifications are scheduled to be complete in July 2017. The construction work is ongoing with exterior masonry restoration work and is scheduled to be complete in November 2017.
