North High School

Substantial completion was approved by the Board of Education on April 4, 2016. Project closeout documents have been submitted and transmitted to OPS.

Northwest Magnet High School

The construction work for the new gymnasium addition was complete in August 2017. Interior finish work on the new administrative addition was complete in August 2017. The final construction phase is ongoing and is scheduled to be complete in September 2017.

Oak Valley Elementary School

The steel erection and exterior masonry work started in August 2017. The pre-cast concrete roof structure work is scheduled to be complete in September 2017. The three (3) temporary classroom portables construction work was complete in August 2017 and these are being utilized as classroom space.

Pawnee Elementary School

The construction work is in progress on the fire sprinkler upgrades, access control system, and new storm safe area.

Picotte Elementary School

Substantial completion was approved by the Board of Education on February 1, 2016. Project closeout documents have been submitted and transmitted to OPS.

Ponca Elementary School

The construction work is complete and the closeout phase is near completion with project closeout documents being transmitted and submitted to OPS. Substantial completion was approved by the Board of Education on March 21, 2016. The District held a ribbon cutting ceremony at the school on August 16, 2016.

Prairie Wind Elementary School

Substantial completion was approved by the Board of Education on February 1, 2016. Project closeout documents have been submitted and transmitted to OPS.

Rose Hill Elementary School

Jacobs is working with the District staff to identify fire, life safety, security & technology scope of work items to be completed.

Saddlebrook Elementary School

The scope of work consisted of video intercom at the main entry and has been completed.

Saratoga Elementary School

The School will be renovated to serve the ILP (Integrated Learning Program). The scope of work consists of remodeling classrooms to serve K-12 students. The construction work was substantially complete in August 2017 and the School is being utilized as classroom space for the ILP.
